We have been active as an investor for 15 years. With the establishment of our Private Family Office, the first step towards professionalization finally followed in 2013. Within CapInCon we now concentrate all private equity activities and at the same time 15 years of investors’ experience. Usually, we accelerate our partners through this experience in joint projects with various consultancy services.

We want to be perceived as a strategic partner by our portfolio companies. However, the extent to which we become actively involved is determined individually and jointly. We are particularly interested in medium to long-term partnerships and strive for sustainable growth for all parties involved. In the private equity sector, we work with both start-ups and established companies.

No success without failure. In 15 years, we have of course experienced failures as well as success. But through this we have learned to correctly assess negative developments and to support as a steadfast partner even in stormy times.

For us, a good investment means not only financial commitment, but also consulting as a strategic partner to drive growth of our companies. In doing so, we always act on a higher level and stay out of the day-to-day business. Our pool of consultants includes lawyers, tax advisors, accountants as well as auditors and financial controllers. In addition, we also have access to cooperation partners and management consultants from selected industries.

Personal contact and a direct line to the founders or managing directors is important to us. In return, we are always ready for any challenge with our small but professional and broad-based core team.
